The conditions that apply to anyone using this site or submitting a request through it.
Last updated August 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
By reaching this site, browsing its pages, or submitting any form on it, a visitor agrees to the terms set out below. These terms form the agreement between the visitor and AetinaMedicare for all use of this site. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site and should not submit information through it.
Who May Use This Site
Use of this site is intended for adults located in the United States who are eligible for Medicare or are assisting someone who is. Submitting a request confirms that the visitor is at least eighteen years of age and is legally able to enter into this agreement.
- Requests submitted on behalf of another person require that person's permission
- Information provided must be accurate and belong to the person submitting it
- Access may be declined where these conditions are not met
What This Site Provides
AetinaMedicare publishes general explanations of Medicare coverage and responds to requests for guidance about coverage options. Material on this site is written to help a visitor understand how the parts of Medicare relate to one another before any decision is made.
What This Site Does Not Provide
Nothing published here is medical advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a determination of eligibility. This site is not the Medicare program, is not a government agency, and is not connected to or endorsed by any government body. Coverage decisions, premiums, covered drug lists, and provider networks are set by insurers and by federal rules that can change without notice.
- Descriptions of coverage are summaries and never replace official plan documents
- No outcome, approval, price, or enrollment result is promised by this site
- Official plan documents govern wherever they differ from anything written here
Account Registration
Some features ask a visitor to create an account. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered and for keeping the password private. Any activity carried out through an account is treated as the account holder's activity. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported using the contact details below so the account can be secured.
Communications and Consent
Submitting a request creates a business relationship for the purpose of responding to that request. Where a visitor has ticked the relevant boxes, AetinaMedicare may send service messages and marketing messages by text, email, or telephone about Medicare coverage, quotes, reminders, and offers.
- Message frequency varies with the nature of the request
- Standard message and data rates set by the carrier may apply
- Replying STOP ends text messages and replying HELP requests assistance
- Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of receiving guidance
Acceptable Use
This site is offered for personal, lawful use. Visitors agree not to interfere with its operation or the experience of other visitors.
- No attempt to gain access to accounts, systems, or data belonging to others
- No automated collection, scraping, or bulk copying of site content
- No uploading of malicious code or content that is unlawful or misleading
- No submission of another person's details without that person's permission
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics, logo, and arrangement of this site belong to AetinaMedicare and are protected by applicable law. Visitors may read and print pages for their own reference. Republishing, selling, or reusing material from this site for another purpose requires written permission.
Third Party Links and Materials
Pages may link to insurers, government resources, or other outside sites for convenience. Those destinations are controlled by others. AetinaMedicare does not operate them, does not review their content continuously, and is not answerable for what they publish or how they handle information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. No promise is made that the site will be free of errors or that access will never be interrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AetinaMedicare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published on it. This includes lost savings, missed enrollment, denied claims, or costs connected with a coverage decision. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply.
Indemnity
Visitors agree to hold AetinaMedicare harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of their misuse of this site, their breach of these terms, or their submission of information they had no right to provide.
Arbitration and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and claims may not be brought as a class or representative action. Either party may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
Changes and Termination
These terms may be revised as services or legal requirements change, and the revised version applies from the moment it is posted with an updated date. Access to the site or to an account may be suspended where these terms are broken. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the current version.
